Pullman Wash Co is a commercial exterior cleaning company based in Pullman serving the Palouse region. We handle large scale commercial projects, apartment complex washing, gas station and fuel island cleaning, hot water pressure washing, and water reclaim jobs that most companies in this market do not have the equipment or experience to take on.
We are looking for a few people who want to be part of building that.
What the Work Actually Looks Like
This is hands on outdoor work. You will be operating commercial pressure washing equipment, handling chemical application for soft washing and specialty cleaning, working on roofs, ladders, and boom lifts when the job requires it, and managing the logistics of a professional exterior cleaning operation in the field.
No two days look exactly the same. One day you are cleaning a fuel island at a gas station in Moscow. The next you are on a roof in Colfax or washing the exterior of an apartment complex in Pullman. The variety is real and the work is satisfying when it is done right.
This is not a job for someone looking for easy outdoor work. It is a job for someone who takes pride in the finished product, communicates well, and shows up ready to work every day without someone watching over their shoulder.
What We Are Looking For
Previous experience in pressure washing, exterior cleaning, or a related trade is required. We are not starting from scratch with you on the basics. You already know how to work hard, show up on time, take direction, and take pride in what you produce.
You need to be comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions and on ladders and elevated surfaces. We provide safety training and equipment but a fear of heights is going to make your day very long.
Your attitude matters as much as your skill set. We are a tight operation and the wrong energy affects everyone. If you show up ready to work, communicate clearly, and care about the finished result we want to talk to you.
Local to the Pullman, Moscow, or surrounding Palouse area is a strong plus. You know this place and we want people who are invested in it.
Compensation and Schedule
Pay is $25 per hour to start depending on experience. We pay fairly because we expect a lot and we respect the people who deliver it.
A typical day starts between 8 and 9am depending on the job. We stop between jobs so pack a lunch or we will find something. Scheduling is planned in advance so if you have something going on give us a heads up and we will work around it when we can.
We are a growing operation which means the people who come in early and prove themselves have a real path forward as the company expands. This is not a seasonal gig. We are building a crew.

You will not be doing cookie cutter residential house washing every day. You will be doing the jobs that require skill, problem solving, and the willingness to figure things out when a job does not go exactly as planned.
